OK, Here we go, A day in the life

Sorry I didn't get on last night, but here was our day. Started out with me waking up at 5 and being unable to sleep. The boys started waking one by one at around 7, of course with me having to force the oldest 2 to get up. Before getting them up, I started to get breakfast. I pretended to reach for a paper plate and Jody says "no, that not it." I said, "what do you mean?" Jody (4yo) says, "That's not a bowl Mommy!" We laughed, and I went for a bowl, just to find out that Ashton hadn't done the dishes the night before, so I had to do some of them in order to get some bowls and spoons. You see, when we have a dish that uses bowls they all get used. Same for silverware. Of course we have so many plates that if we broke 10 of them we would still have more then enough, go figure. Yet the bowls and the silverware have disappeared!

Well it gets done, and Ashton is still gonna do dishes.

So we did some reading and such. Then Anakin (6yo.) watched his reading show. Owen and Salem ended up in the corner due to being rude while Anakin was watching his show. So with me having to put 3 kids in the corner, (Ashton the 12yo. would not stop screaming, and putting him in his room isn't a punishment.) Quentin my oldest (14yo.) falling asleep around noon. It was around 1, and time for a mommy break. Time for some music, and quiet time. That lasted 15 minutes if that long. My stress level is at a breaking point, because now they have proceeded to scatter toys across the house, dishes are still not done, and Alan is asleep somehow with Casey doing a hop on pop thing. So I put the 2 youngest into their seats where they have to sit, and watch some Spongebob, good for the young ones, not as much fun anymore for the older ones. (that was my point.) Put them on chores they should have been on, and when all that is in place i wake up Alan.

We had to make a store run, so we get Salem (8yo.) his McDonald stuff that was free, and Alan gets me a McRib, I so love. I am hurting due to my disease. I don't leave the vehicle as he runs to the store, so I stay in the van (15 seater church van, yea, ironic I know). He takes about half the boys in, the ones who have been ok, or have money, and left the others and the baby in the vehicle with me.

By the time we get home, and supper is done, and we all scream at Suki (our cat) chasing a field mouse around our house, and harrassing it well before killing it, with kids in tow as close as they could get from the livingroom (My personal opinion being why the hell won't she just kill it?). They are also playing with Salem's new gumball machine. I need to lay down, because I am about to cry I am hurting so bad. (I did cry, and had a breakdown because of the pain). I need help that the Drs. aren't doing right now, or they are doing it at a Drs. pace.

So baths and bedtime stuff gets going on. Aside from the older ones everyone has a bath buddy. Then the two young ones Casey (2) and Scout (18 months) get a bath together normally, sometimes more then once a day. (spaghetti is such fun, as is chili).

End of day, Alan has given me meds and I am falling out as he heads off to work. Quentin and Ashton snuck some tv, and showed themselves to bed.

THE END
Feel free to post, any questions let me know!
